ADVANCED SCORING MECHANICS

Points accumulate based on drift angle, duration, and velocity.

Two distinct multipliers enhance scoring: "Drift Combo" and "Proximity" bonuses.

The Drift Combo multiplier increases by 1 each time your score reaches a power of 2000 (e.g., 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000). Changing drift direction adds points to the Total Points Indicator (top-left) and resets the current drift. The multiplier increases again at each subsequent 2000-point milestone, provided drifts are connected with pauses shorter than one second—otherwise, the multiplier resets to 1.

The Proximity multiplier activates when drifting within 1.5 meters of a wall, scaling with closeness. This bonus is accompanied by slow-motion effects and an on-screen multiplier display.

Collisions reset your partial points and all active multipliers.
