Rogue Frontier Update Enhances Albion Online with Smuggler Faction and New Features

Oct 04,25

Albion Online launches its first major update of 2025, Rogue Frontier, embracing a thrilling outlaw theme. This update introduces a new faction, innovative trading mechanics, and powerful weapons, inviting players to join a clandestine network of rebels forging their own path.

Smuggler Faction Debuts in Albion Online’s Rogue Frontier Update

The Smugglers, a group of defiant outcasts rejecting the Royal Continent’s laws, establish their presence in the untamed wilds. They operate from secret Smuggler’s Dens, offering bases to store loot, conduct covert operations, and engage in underground activities.

These dens feature banks, repair stations, and travel planners to support seamless movement. Integrated into a Smuggler’s Network, they enable trading across the Outlands, bypassing the Royal Continent’s taxes for a fee paid to the Smugglers.

The Smuggler Faction offers missions to earn loyalty, such as retrieving stolen Smuggler Crates from ambushed caravans or freeing captured Smugglers from Royal Guards. Completing these tasks earns Smuggler’s Coins, boosting your rank within the faction.

Exploring Beyond the Smuggler Faction

The Rogue Frontier Update introduces several anticipated features to Albion Online. A new Bank Overview tool allows players to track items stored across the game world, eliminating the hassle of misplaced treasures.

PvP enthusiasts can now craft Kill Trophies to commemorate epic battles. Additionally, the Albion Journal’s new Creatures category tasks players with cataloging the diverse beasts inhabiting the wilds.

Three new Crystal Weapons cater to explorers, traders, and fighters, enhancing gameplay variety. Download Albion Online from the Google Play Store to experience this exciting update.
