What Can You Do After You Finish Assassin's Creed Shadows? Answered

After beating Assassin's Creed Shadows, you retain access to the entire expansive world of Feudal Japan. The game does not lock you out of any side content, allowing you to fully explore and engage with the rich environment at your leisure. Additionally, post-launch, the Animus will introduce new weekly challenges, ensuring there's always something new to tackle, even after achieving 100% completion.

Assassin's Creed Shadows Epilogue and Endgame Explained

Even after the credits roll, your journey in Assassin's Creed Shadows may continue. In my playthrough, the credits appeared after completing the Shinbakufu Objective Board and the main quests for Yasuke and Naoe. However, to unlock the epilogue and true ending, you must complete the personal stories of Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro. Once done, return to the Hideout and speak with Tomiko to unlock the complete ending and associated achievements.

As you near the endgame, you'll also unlock exclusive gear themed around the Assassins for Naoe and the Templars for Yasuke. These armor sets come with unique perks that enhance each protagonist's playstyle and are designed to resonate with long-time fans of the Assassin's Creed series. Players can continue to progress beyond the credits, reaching the game's maximum level cap.

While the main story concludes at launch, Assassin's Creed Shadows will continue to evolve. New content will be added via the Animus, and the in-game store will likely see updates with new items.
