Critical Role, the renowned Dungeons & Dragons show featuring acclaimed voice actors like Matthew Mercer, Laura Bailey, and Travis Willingham, is set to conclude its highly anticipated Campaign 3 in an extended eight-and-a-half-hour stream next week. As reported by Polygon, the grand finale will premiere on February 6 at 7 PM Pacific Time (10 PM Eastern Time), which translates to 3 AM on February 7 for viewers in the UK. The episode will be streamed live on Critical Role’s YouTube and Twitch channels, as well as through their subscription service, Beacon.

This climactic episode will bring the thrilling journey of the adventuring party Bells Hells to a close. Their story began back in October 2021, and although no immediate spin-offs or sequels have been announced, Creative Director and cast member Marisha Ray hinted at further tales set within the expansive world of Exandria.

Marisha Ray expressed excitement about the future of Exandria’s storytelling, emphasizing that while Campaign 3 concludes one era, it opens the door for new adventures. “This finale for Campaign 3 marks the end of one very epic chapter of Exandrian history,” she stated. “But while we celebrate the end of this chapter, I think it’s important to know that the story continues with a simple turn of the page.”

Despite the conclusion of Campaign 3, Critical Role’s content calendar remains active. A new Exandria Unlimited mini-series will kick off its first episode on February 14, offering fans another bite-sized adventure before the next major campaign. While the exact timeline for Campaign 4 remains undisclosed, past patterns suggest a gap of a few months between campaigns. The first Vox Machina series concluded in October 2017, followed by the Mighty Nein series beginning in January 2018, and Campaign 3 launching in October 2021.

With the upcoming 10-year milestone on March 12, it wouldn’t be surprising if Critical Role uses this occasion to announce the launch of Campaign 4 or unveil new details about the next great adventure.
