Clash Heroes isn't dead, not exactly. While the original game is shelved, its visual legacy lives on! Supercell's Project R.I.S.E., a new pre-alpha roguelite, will utilize Clash Heroes' art assets. This means the unique style of Clash Heroes will persist, albeit in a new game.
