This guide details how to complete the challenging "For Whom the Bell Tolls" main quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, focusing on efficient navigation and minimizing conflict. This quest follows directly after "Wedding Crashers."

Key Objectives and Steps:

1. Hauling Sacks: This initial task is unavoidable. Transport sacks from the wagon to the designated shed, repeating until the objective is complete.

2. Assisting the Blacksmith: The blacksmith requires a horseshoe. Gather the necessary materials from the forge, craft the horseshoe, and deliver it to the stables.

3. Aiding Fanka the Cook: Retrieve a lockpick (located in a red pot on the shelves near the forge) and speak with Fanka. Assisting her grants access to the noble's kitchen. While lockpicking isn't strictly required, it boosts your reputation.

4. Interacting with the Chamberlain: The ailing chamberlain may require a Digestive Potion. Persuading him grants access to the surgeon's workshop; otherwise, stealth is necessary.

5. Crafting the Fever Tonicum: Access the surgeon's workshop (either via persuasion or stealth). Use the available ingredients to craft the Fever Tonicum (and a Digestive Potion if you helped the Chamberlain).
