Regularly engage in health-boosting activities: gym visits, walks, healthy diets, meditation, acupuncture, and prayer (for a quick boost). Seek medical treatment when needed.

3. 10+ Gym Visits (Post-18): Once you turn 18, repeatedly select "Activities > Mind and Body > Gym." This also offers dating opportunities, aiding the final objective. Remember to secure a job to fund your gym habit. The visits don't need to be within a single year.
