Panam Palmer is one of several romance options available to V in *Cyberpunk 2077*. Winning her affection, however, requires completing a series of quests. This guide details the necessary steps, noting that a male V (voice and body type) is required for this romance.

This guide assumes you're in Act 2 of the game.

Complete Ghost Town

This main job, following "Playing for Time," introduces Panam. After meeting Rogue, you'll meet Panam and help her retrieve her car. Whether you use stealth or a more direct approach in Rocky Ridge is inconsequential. The key is to help Panam get revenge on Nash. Choose "OK. So where’s this hideout?" After defeating Nash and his goons, select "Feel better now?" to celebrate at the Sunset Motel. At the bar, choose either "To your ride!" or "To what’s ahead!" When the opportunity arises, flirt with Panam by suggesting, "Maybe we get just one room?" Ending the mission by sleeping at the motel is crucial.

Complete Lightning Breaks

This mission begins in the Sunset Motel garage. Follow the objectives to take down the Kang Tao AV and kidnap Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices here don't significantly impact the romance, but staying close to Panam sets you up for the next quest.

Complete Life During Wartime

Taking down the Kang Tao AV with Panam, you'll rescue Mitch. Choosing "I’m sorry about Scorpion" is recommended. Later, when confronted by the Aldecaldos and Saul, select "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." After the mission, respond to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours/days and complete other quests until Panam contacts you for "Riders on the Storm." It's vital to go to the Aldecaldos camp within 24 in-game hours of starting "Riders on the Storm."

Complete Riders of the Storm

Here, you rescue Saul from the Wraiths. Stealth or direct assault doesn't matter; focus on reaching the basement and saving Saul. After escaping, during the argument between Panam and Saul, choose either "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." This leads to alone time. Choose the following flirtatious options: "Pleased with your stay, ma’am?", "You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am," and "[Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas." Panam may reject your advances initially, but the next morning, after waking up, select "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This will lead to a kiss and conclude the mission.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

Agree to help Panam ("OK, I’m in") and choose "I’m riding with you." At the communications tower, select the following dialogue options: "[Stand by window] Missed you," "So let’s start," "Great plan. What went wrong?", "So far, so good," "Why’s it different with me?", and "[Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse." At the campfire, choose "I’m ready for some shuteye," then "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold."

Complete Queen of the Highway

Wait a day, then return to the Aldecaldos camp. Speak to Panam and enter the Basilisk. Flirt by choosing "Nice and cozy in here." After the Basilisk battle, choose "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." This leads to a love scene. After waking up, choose "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." Finally, choose either "Honestly? I dunno" or "[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me."

This completes Panam's romance questline, unlocking "The Star" ending and solidifying your relationship. After completing the romance, the quest "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" becomes available, allowing you to spend time with Panam in your apartment.
