Latest Deadlock update rebalances new heroes and nerf overall damage
Valve continues to deliver regular updates to Deadlock, despite abandoning a fixed update schedule. The latest patch isn't a huge overhaul, but it's far from insignificant. A complete changelog is available on the game's forum.

Four new heroes arrived on January 18th, followed swiftly by balance adjustments. Holliday's Crackshot ability now also affects units, halving its cooldown when doing so. Calico's Ava ability can now destroy objects she passes through.
Existing heroes also received tweaks: Kelvin's health increased from 600 to 650, Vendicta's bullet speed reduced from 810 to 740, and her movement speed decreased from nine to eight. In total, eleven heroes, including the newcomers, received targeted balance changes.
Deadlock remains in closed beta, boasting a consistently healthy online player count between 7,000 and 20,000.
