"Discover All Iron Hand Guild Members in Assassin’s Creed Shadows: Locations and Strategies"
Commerce has always been a driving force behind progress, and this remains true in *Assassin's Creed Shadows*. However, not everyone plays by the rules. If you're eager to uncover the whereabouts and methods to find all Iron Hand Guild members in *Assassin's Creed Shadows*, you've come to the right place. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
The Iron Hand in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Explained

The Iron Hand questline becomes accessible after Naoe masters the tea ceremony under the guidance of Imai Sokun, a respected businessman in Settsu. As the story progresses, you'll reconnect with Imai, who will reveal his concerns about imposters tarnishing the reputation of House Imai through illegal activities. It's up to you to dismantle this clandestine merchant syndicate aiming to usurp the legitimate House Imai. You'll need to track down five merchants, each managing different facets of the syndicate's operations. Whether you choose stealth or confrontation, both non-lethal and lethal approaches are available to you.
How and Where To Find All Iron Hand Guild Members in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
As one of the initial objective boards in *Assassin's Creed Shadows*, your mission is to explore the game world, uncover key locations, and use the provided clues to pinpoint your targets. With this guide, you can streamline your search and efficiently locate each member of the Iron Hand Guild.
Merchant Tamao

Tamao, a notorious dealer in contraband, isn't exactly subtle about his dealings. Skip the intel-gathering phase and head directly to the Yamashiro region. Locate Kyoto, the bustling city at its center, and seek out Honpoji Temple on the eastern side. From there, head west to find Tamao hiding in his brewery. Eavesdrop on the staff to learn that he's refusing to emerge. To lure him out, smash the barrels in the courtyard. Once he's out, confront him and proceed to the next target.
Merchant Kanta

As you delve deeper into the Iron Hand storyline, you'll find that not all merchants are willingly part of the syndicate. Kanta is one such case, and you can find him at the Mouth of Seta in the Omi region. You have the choice to attack him, but a better approach might be to use the Observe mechanic to uncover evidence that he's being coerced into working for the guild. By sparing his life, Kanta can go on to become a captain in Imai Sokun's merchant fleet.
Merchant Ginroku

Ginroku deals in rare delicacies, catering to the wealthiest families around Miyazu Bay. Head to the Tamba region in the west, where you'll find Miyazu Bay just southwest of Miyazu Castle, across the bridge. Here, you can decide to eliminate him for his involvement with the Iron Hand or search the nearby huts for a crucial letter that could spare his life. Depending on your choice, Ginroku either meets his end or continues to work with the legitimate House Imai, gaining access to more affluent clients in Sakai Port.
Merchant Kin-no-suke

Kin-no-suke's ostentatious displays of wealth are suspicious, especially since he employs bandits to pilfer from others to bolster his business. Investigate him in the city of Obama in Wakasa, just east of the Trading Port. Be prepared to handle his bodyguards, whether through stealth with smoke bombs and assassinations or direct combat, ensuring Kin-no-suke meets his end.
Iron Hand

After dealing with the other merchants, you'll finally pinpoint the location of the syndicate's mastermind, the Iron Hand himself. He's situated in a highly secured area, so come prepared for a challenging fight. You'll find him in Tamba, specifically at Fukuchiyama Castle, near the region's center. Approach from the south side of the castle walls to locate the Iron Hand. He'll put up more resistance than the others, so take out his guards strategically before engaging him directly. Once you've defeated the Iron Hand, return to Imai Sokun to claim your rewards.
