Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. The gameplay resumes after this initial chaotic sequence.

Locate the Security Desk

You'll awaken in a new area. Find a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator. Interacting with the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination-induced). Eliminate these zombies with your hatchet. A ringing phone at the circular desk provides your next objective: the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room. Eliminate them. A mannequin holding the Yellow card will transform into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to swiftly defeat the abomination and its zombie horde. Collect the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Locate the grappling point leading to the Administration Facility (left of the elevator). Answer the ringing phone. Find and place four documents in the file display area. Mannequins will pursue you; maintain distance by sprinting. The documents are located: (1) Corner desk, (2) Left side near a round table, (3) Small table near a noticeboard, (4) Cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber. The Blue Card is guarded by a Mimic; lure it out by shooting moving objects to defeat it and retrieve the card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Go to the East Wing (marked on the initial map). Follow the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone. Eliminate the zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. The final cinematic reveals the ordeal was a hallucination.
