Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!

Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – February 2025

This in-person event, inspired by the Unova region games, hits Los Angeles and New Taipei City from February 21st to 23rd, 2025.

Trainers will explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, etc.) packed with Unova Pokémon, including shiny Deerling variants. Shiny Meloetta awaits via Masterwork Research, with other shiny Pokémon like Sigilyph and Bouffalant available through eggs and raids. Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses, while Druddigon (Three-Star Raids) and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (One-Star Raids) also appear with boosted shiny rates. Even shiny Pikachu with special hats might appear!

Tickets are on sale now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei). Add-on ticket options provide extra bonuses. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, with booths and team lounges offering merchandise and relaxation. A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will run March 1-2 for those who can't attend in person.

Pokémon GO City Safari – December 2024

Before Unova, join the City Safari in Hong Kong and São Paulo from December 7th-8th (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time). Team up with Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery!

Attendees receive an explorer-hat-wearing Eevee. Evolving it retains the hat, and the Eevee Explorers Expedition nets a second hatted Eevee. Special Pokémon like Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, and Clamperl will appear, with others (Oricorio, Swablu, Skiddo) hatching from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon will also be available. Maps and visors (first-come, first-served) aid exploration.

Tickets are R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong, with add-ons for extra items and increased shiny odds.
