Indiana Jones and The Great Circle's first expansion, The Order of the Giants, has a confirmed release date, arriving in just a few months.

The Order of the Giants will launch on September 4, 2025, as revealed in a teaser during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025. It will be available on all platforms: PC, Xbox Series X/S, and the newly released PlayStation 5 version.

Indiana Jones and The Great Circle was a standout title of 2024, making this expansion highly anticipated. The DLC will dive deeper into the game’s enigmatic Nephilim Order giants, though it’s unclear if Tony Todd’s character, Locus, will return.

The Order of the Giants appears to expand on the base game’s narrative, focusing on the existing Rome setting. Jones will kick off the DLC’s story by meeting Father Ricci, a new character in pursuit of a mysterious artifact.

“Crafting the Nephilim Order, a clandestine society of giants descended from fallen angels seeking redemption, was a highlight of developing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle,” said production director John Jennings in a statement.

“Their story spans millennia, and this DLC allows us to explore their lore further, uncovering new elements not addressed in the original campaign. It’s a fresh and exciting addition for fans, and we’re eager for players to experience it.”

Players will explore new parts of Rome, including its ancient sewers, participate in Emperor Nero’s hidden gladiator games, and confront the secretive Cult of Mithras.
