Eternal Holy City Okhema, the first area unlocked in Amphoreus in *Honkai: Star Rail*, is split into two locations: Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. Following Black Swan's lead in Penacony, a Trailblaze Mission leads you here, but a train attack throws your team into unfamiliar territory. Luckily, Phainon intervenes, guiding you to Okhema and introducing key Amphorean characters.

Okhema boasts 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Flying Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. Herta's Technique highlights many chests, while Numby, with Topaz in your party, alerts you to nearby treasures. Blue markers indicate Golden Short Spears, purple marks Spirithiefs, and yellow highlights Golden Scapegoats.

1. From the Path of Parting Space Anchor, head north, then east, to find a chest.
2. Following the path to Kephale Plaza, past the Space Anchor, locate a chest near the rest area to the east.
3. Southeast, near a broken shield with a spear, rewind time and follow the Golden Short Spear to a chest.
4. At the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor, find a chest nearby.
5. North through the hallway, find a Basic Treasure near some crates.
6. Continue to a plaza; west, find a chest near the dinosaur.
7. Use the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, then head east to find a chest in Chartonus Smithy.
8. Go north; a Basic Treasure awaits at the road's end.
9. Return to the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, head far west to two breakable shields. Break them to reveal a chest.
10. Next to that chest is a Golden Scapegoat puzzle. Solve it to unlock a chest.
11. In the market's center, climb the steps on the right for a Basic Treasure.
12. On the opposite side, break a shield with a spear, fix the Golden Short Spear, and follow it to the second floor.
13. The spear stops near the ritual fountain. Head east to the rooftop, following the path to a chest. A Spirithief will appear; use Oronyx's power to retrieve it.
14. South, find the next chest at the road's end.
15. Head northwest for the last rooftop chest.
16. Use the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, head southeast to a Dromas Stop; a chest is behind a breakable shield.
17. East, on the stairs, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle for a Basic Treasure chest.
18. Upwards, towards the bathing area, find a chest near a lounge chair.
19. Northeast, in the scroll-filled room, find a chest near the last cabinet.
20. Further northeast, in another bathing area, find a chest beside the long table.
21. North, in the room with a bard, find a Basic Treasure.
22. Warp to the Hall of Respite Space Anchor; a chest is beside it.
23. Opposite, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle for a chest.
24. In your private chamber, on the balcony, find a Spirithief's chest.
25. At the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, south, find a chest in the water.
26. Opposite, find another waterlogged chest.
27. Northeast, by the pool with a Dromas, find a chest in the water.
28. Back at the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, go through the waterfall; a chest is near a chair.
29. Opposite, break a shield, fix the Golden Short Spear, and follow it for a chest.
30. In the back room, grab a chest on a box before continuing with the spear.
31. Use the Court of Seasons Space Anchor; a chest is near the wall.
32. South, in the massage room, find a Basic Treasure near the beds.
33. In the same room, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle for a chest.
34. South, find a chest in the storage room.
35. Return to the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, head northeast for a chest.
36. At the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, head north to the crates; a chest is near a dinosaur.
37. Head upwards; find a chest near some NPCs.
38. Follow the path to a banquet; left of the stairs, find a chest beside a cushion.
39. South, in the room, find a chest behind a breakable shield.
40. North, behind the elevator, find a hidden chest.
41. Take the elevator up; east, find a Basic Treasure near a Flying Amphora.
42. Towards the Garden of Life Space Anchor, east, find a chest in a private room.
43. At the Hero's Bath Space Anchor, north, find a chest in the pool.
44. Finally, climb the swirling pillar; break a shield, follow the Golden Short Spear for the last chest.
