Evolving Karrablast and Shelmet during the event unlocks exclusive charged attacks for their evolutions. Evolve Karrablast into Escavalier to teach it Razor Shell, boasting 35 power in Trainer Battles and a whopping 55 power in gyms and raids. Meanwhile, Accelgor, evolved from Shelmet, will learn Energy Ball, delivering 90 power across all battles.

For $2 or the equivalent in your local currency, you can purchase a Community Day Special Research ticket. This ticket grants you access to a unique storyline featuring encounters with Karrablast and Shelmet against a Dual Destiny-themed Special Background. Along with these encounters, you'll receive additional Pokémon encounters, a Premium Battle Pass, and Rare Candy XL.

Don't miss out on the free Timed Research quest available to those who log in during the event. It's another opportunity to encounter the themed Pokémon and increase your chances of finding their Shiny versions.
