Alphadia III has officially launched today on Android for global players, marking the third installment in the beloved Alphadia series. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, the game initially debuted in Japan last October.

What’s the Story in Alphadia III?

Set in the Alphadian Year 970, Alphadia III unfolds during the climactic stages of the Energi War, a global conflict over a mysterious life force called energi. The world is split among three major powers: the Schwarzschild Empire to the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom to the west, and the Luminea Alliance to the east.

As the situation teeters on the brink of collapse, the story introduces a clone soldier named Alfonso. His life takes a dramatic turn following a visit from a girl named Tarte, who brings news of a fellow clone's death, setting off a chain of events that will change his fate.

What’s the Gameplay Like?

Alphadia III retains the classic turn-based combat system viewed from the side, presented in a nostalgic pixel art style. The game features SP Skills that build up during battles and can shift the tide of combat when used strategically.

Players can also utilize Arrays, which are battle formations and strategies that unlock progressively, offering varied approaches to combat based on the enemies encountered.

A novel feature is the Energi Crock, where players can deposit surplus items gathered during their journey. Over time, this Crock produces Energi Elements that can be exchanged for equipment or other rewards at in-game shops.

Throughout the game, players will encounter various factions, such as the peacekeeping alliance Deval and the elite Nordsheim military unit Rosenkreutz. Additionally, the game introduces different energi clone models, with Nordsheim deploying the Berger Series and Schwarzschild utilizing the Delta Series.

Beyond the main storyline, Alphadia III offers a wealth of side content and is optimized for controller use. You can download the full version of the game from the Google Play Store for $7.99, or opt for the freemium version, which includes ads.
