Ordelle Coins are earned by completing "Jeuno: The First Walk," the initial Alliance Raid in the Echoes of Vana'diel series (added in patch 7.1). A crucial point: you can only obtain one Ordelle Coin per week. Consistent weekly completion is necessary for optimal gear progression.

To unlock "Jeuno: The First Walk," accept the quest "An Otherworldly Encounter" in Tulliyollal. Completion of the Dawntrail Main Story Quests (MSQs) is a prerequisite. Follow the quest markers to access the raid; an item level of 695 is required.

Using Ordelle Coins

Once you've acquired your Ordelle Coin, visit Uah'shepya in the Nexus Arcade, Solution Nine. Exchange the coin for:

Surgelight Twine
Surgelight Glaze

These enhancement materials upgrade gear purchased with Tomestones of Heliometry to item level 730. This provides a viable alternative to Savage Arcadion Raids for gearing up before the next content update.

After augmenting your Heliometry gear with Surgelight items, speak with Theone in Solution Nine to receive the Augmented Quetzalli gear.
