Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo

New Kameo Fighter

Before her Kameo debut, Madam Bo appeared in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode, where she was seemingly defeated by Lin Kuei assassin Smoke due to unpaid protection money. However, it was all a strategic ruse to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Despite her appearance, Madam Bo is a force to be reckoned with, having ties to the Lin Kuei and being a seasoned martial artist who mentored Raiden and Kung Lao.

The gameplay footage highlights Madam Bo's dynamic support, delivering powerful kicks and punches while smashing opponents with glass bottles. Her unique fatality showcases her skill by kicking an opponent's head off, only to catch it on a tea tray with elegance.

T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut

Joining Madam Bo on March 18th is the formidable T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. This liquid metal assassin will make its debut in the Mortal Kombat franchise as a playable character, utilizing its shapeshifting abilities to attack with a sword or machine gun.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion

Both Madam Bo and T-1000 are featured in the Khaos Reigns expansion and DLC for Mortal Kombat 1. This expansion adds a new story campaign that continues Liu Kang’s New Era narrative, offering an immersive cinematic experience. Players will follow Liu Kang as he mobilizes his champions against the menacing Titan Havik, who poses a grave threat to the world and the New Era.

The Kombat Pack 2, part of the expansion, introduces several characters, both new and returning from previous games. The rollout began with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax in September 2024, followed by Scream's Ghostface in November and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and T-1000 will complete this exciting roster later this month.
