Electronic Arts has officially announced the release date for Madden NFL 26, marking the franchise's complete transition to current-generation gaming platforms.

Scheduled for launch on August 14, 2025, Madden NFL 26 will offer Deluxe Edition pre-order customers three-day early access starting August 11. The game will be available across multiple platforms including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC (via EA App, Steam, and Epic), and Nintendo's upcoming Switch 2 console.

While bringing the franchise to Nintendo's hybrid console for the first time, EA Sports confirms Madden NFL 26 won't release on legacy systems, fully embracing the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series generation.
