Jun 02,25

If you’re a fan of Metaphor: ReFantazio, you’re in for a treat! The official manga adaptation has just dropped its first chapter, now available to read for free on MANGA Plus. Atlus teamed up with renowned manga publisher Shueisha, and the artwork is brought to life by the talented Yōichi Amano, known for his work on Akaboshi: Ibun Suikoden and Stealth Symphony.

While the manga stays true to the original storyline, it takes creative liberties, tweaking the opening timeline and introducing new elements that were absent in the game. For instance, the protagonist’s name is officially canonized as “Will,” matching the default name in the game. Additionally, key scenes have been reimagined, including the protagonist’s meeting with his allies and the elimination of a certain introductory area.

The next chapter is set to release on February 19th, aligning with the Japanese schedule.
