NetEase announced the end-of-service (EOS) for its popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile, after a four-year run. This means the game will officially shut down, bringing an end to its Android adventure. The PC and console versions remain unaffected and will continue operation.

Dead by Daylight Mobile, a mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's successful title, offered a thrilling 4v1 survival experience. Players could choose to be either a Killer, hunting Survivors, or a Survivor, desperately trying to evade capture.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's Final Curtain:

The game's official EOS date is March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025. Players who already have the game installed can continue playing until the final shutdown date. NetEase will provide details on the refund process, adhering to regional regulations, on January 16th, 2025.

For those wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight experience, the PC and console versions offer a welcoming package for new players transitioning from the mobile platform. Loyalty rewards will be granted to players who have made in-app purchases or accumulated significant XP in the mobile version.

Before the servers go dark, download Dead by Daylight Mobile from the Google Play Store and experience the chilling gameplay for yourself. Also, be sure to check out our article on Tormentis Dungeon RPG, a new dungeon-building game for Android.
