Postal 2 VR: A Chaotic Classic Reimagined
Flat2VR Studios has announced a virtual reality adaptation of the iconic trash shooter, Postal 2, originally released 22 years ago. A debut trailer showcases the game's signature humor and chaotic gameplay, following the Dude as he collects signatures to support the Postal 2 VR development.
The trailer highlights key features of the VR remake, including a redesigned shooting mechanic optimized for VR controllers, a revamped user interface, and an updated mini-map system.
A Steam page is now live, providing screenshots, system requirements, and further details. PC players will need at least Windows 10, an Intel Core i5-4590 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU, and 8 GB of RAM. While Russian voiceovers are absent, subtitles will be included.
Despite modernizations, the core Postal 2 experience remains intact. Players tackle mundane errands—grocery shopping, library book returns—but are always free to unleash utter chaos.
Postal 2 VR will launch on SteamVR, PS VR2, Meta Quest 2, and Meta Quest 3.
