How To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is awesome, but even the best squads have their weak moments. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are tough, meaning squad wipes are a real possibility. Fortunately, reviving fallen teammates is possible, and here's how.

Each round starts with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own items (like Human Grenades!). Health packs in the Service Station replenish health, and teammates can even share health by interacting with each other's health bars—a cool mechanic!

Despite your best efforts, sometimes your squad takes a hit. When a teammate dies, their head falls to the ground. Locate it—the map shows their head's location with a small icon matching their character color. Finding the head is only the first step.

Once you have the head, head to the extraction point. Drop the head there. If you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate respawns with 1 HP. They can regain health by entering the truck.

Alternatively, if retrieving the head is impossible, starting a new round revives your teammates. This is similar to Call of Duty Zombies; dead players return at the start of a new round. While this method leaves you slightly underpowered, it can be strategically advantageous, especially for newer players who can learn from their more experienced teammates.
