New Content for No Return Mode:

For fans of No Return Mode, Sony is introducing two new characters, Bill and Marlene, from The Last of Us Part I. Bill embodies a "Smuggler" playstyle, enabling access to a custom pump shotgun and earning double rewards from drops. He's resilient against melee attacks but unable to dodge. Marlene, on the other hand, adopts a "Risk Taker" approach, equipped with a Custom Assault Rifle and the ability to reroute her path once per run.

These include 50 in-game points for bonus features and a new skin for Ellie featuring Jordan A. Mun's jacket from Naughty Dog's upcoming PS5 game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. This new game, which has been in development for four years, explores themes of faith and religion in an alternate historical timeline, starring Tati Gabrielle as Jordan A. Mun.

The PC release of The Last of Us Part II Remastered comes just before Season 2 of HBO's acclaimed TV series adaptation, with showrunners Druckmann and Craig Mazin confirming the return of spores, a feature omitted from the first season.
