Following the success of Helldivers 2, Arrowhead Studios has hinted at a new game
Arrowhead Studios, fresh off the overwhelmingly positive reception of last year's Helldivers 2, is currently developing a new game concept. Creative director Johan Pilestedt recently took to social media, announcing work on a "high concept" project and inviting fan input.
Community suggestions ranged widely, from a Smash TV remake to projects inspired by Star Fox. Pilestedt confirmed that a Smash TV remake has been internally considered, and also alluded to a Star Fox-esque project within the "rail game" genre.
While specifics remain under wraps, Arrowhead's active community engagement is evident. The studio's next project faces high expectations, given the success of Helldivers 2, a standout title of 2024.
