Get Ready to Rumble! Gigantamax Pokémon Arrive in Pokémon GO!

Prepare for epic encounters in Pokémon GO as Gigantamax Pokémon make their debut! These colossal creatures require teamwork – expect to need 10 to 40 Trainers to conquer them. The GO Wild Area event is the place to be!

The GO Wild Area event introduces Toxtricity, the Punk Pokémon, in both its regular and Dynamax forms. Team up, participate in Max Battles, and you might even snag a Toxtricity as a Special Research reward.

Gigantamax Pokémon dramatically increase in size and alter their appearance. You'll need to assemble a squad of up to 40 Trainers to defeat them, demanding strategic coordination and plenty of Max Particles.

Max Particles are crucial for powering up your Pokémon's Max Moves, including the unique G-Max Moves exclusive to each Gigantamax species. The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event takes place on November 23rd and 24th. Check out the trailer below!

Familiarize yourself with Dynamax Pokémon, recognizable by their red glow and swirling clouds. Trainers level 13 and above can unlock the "To the Max!" Special Research, guiding them to these massive Pokémon.

Power Spots, the locations of Max Battles, appear dynamically across the game map, encouraging exploration to discover them.
