HoYoverse's Tears of Themis unveils its latest update: "Ballad of the Dunes," a collaborative event with Gansu Province's Culture & Tourism. This exciting crossover seamlessly blends the game's detective elements with the rich cultural heritage of Dunhuang, a city nestled on the Gobi Desert's edge.

Ballad of the Dunes: A Journey Through Time

This event offers a captivating blend of history, romance, and mystery, immersing players in the atmosphere of the ancient Silk Road. Key additions include:

• Four New MR Cards: Luke, Artem, Vyn, and Marius each receive a new MR card, inspired by Dunhuang's cultural icons – apsaras, intricate murals, and the pipa. These cards evoke the artistry of the Mogao Caves and the Silk Road's cultural fusion during the Western Han Dynasty.

• Unique Card Stories: Each card features a unique narrative: Luke's "In the Footsteps of Silk," Artem's "Serenade of the Soul," Vyn's "Reverberation Through Time," and Marius's "Void of Creation." Private Messages further enrich the experience, delving into a thousand-year-old journey.

Rewards Await!

From February 13th to 20th, 2025, players can earn Camel Bells, S-Chips, and other rewards by completing event tasks. A core gameplay element involves a cell-flipping board game to uncover prizes.

The ultimate reward? The choice of one of the four new Ballad of the Dunes MR cards per round. Flipping 100 cells unlocks the exclusive "Celebration – Dunes" Namecard.
