Tinkatink Debuts in Pokémon Go for Pokémon Horizons: Season 2 Celebration
The Horizons Celebration event is making a dazzling return to Pokémon Go, spotlighting the debut of the charming and mischievous Tinkatink and its evolutions, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton. This special event, running from April 16th to 22nd, promises an engaging experience filled with new Pokémon encounters and exciting rewards.
Tinkatink, known for its playful demeanor, isn't just a pretty face. Its evolution, Tinkaton, wields a hammer that's not just for show—it famously launches rocks at Corviknight. To evolve your Tinkatink all the way to Tinkaton, you'll need to collect about 125 Candy throughout the event week.
Adding to the excitement, a costumed Floragato wearing Liko's pin will be making appearances in the wild, hatching from Eggs, and even appearing in Raids. Keep your eyes peeled for a chance to encounter a Shiny version of this stylish Pokémon. Alongside Floragato, you might also spot Pikachu donning Cap's hat and the fiery Charcadet.
A variety of Paldea favorites, such as Fuecoco, Sprigatito, Quaxly, and Pawmi, will be roaming the wild. Meanwhile, seven km Eggs will offer chances to hatch familiar faces like Hatenna and Elekid, with the added possibility of hatching Tinkatink. Don't forget to take snapshots, as Horizons characters and their Pokémon might photobomb your pictures, adding a fun twist to your event experience.
For those eager to battle, Pikachu in Cap's hat will come equipped with the powerful move Volt Tackle. Raid battles will feature a mix of Pokémon including Charizard, Metagross, Alolan Muk, and, of course, Floragato. Bonus hunters will be pleased to know that Team Go Rocket balloons will appear more frequently, Egg hatch distances are reduced by half, and there will be increased chances for encountering Shiny Pokémon along with higher Stardust payouts.
The event also includes Field Research and both free and paid Timed Research, with rewards like an exclusive avatar pose up for grabs. To fully prepare for the event, consider purchasing the Celebration Event Ultra Ticket Box from the Pokémon Go Web Store for $4.99, which offers additional perks to enhance your gameplay.
Don't miss out on the fun—here's a list of redeemable Pokémon Go codes to further enrich your Horizons Celebration experience!
