Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Rated on Singaporean Website

Feb 27,25

Fueling the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remake rumors: Singapore's rating board has listed "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" for release in 2025.

This rumored remake, encompassing the next two core entries in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise, is slated for a wide range of platforms. The rating board cites Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S as target systems.

While official confirmation remains elusive, a countdown timer within Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hints at upcoming Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news, culminating on March 4, 2025.

Adding to the speculation, Tony Hawk himself mentioned renewed discussions with Activision and their collaborative work on a project he described as something fans will genuinely appreciate.

The success of the 2020 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake made a sequel focusing on 3+4 seem inevitable. However, Activision's 2021 integration of Vicarious Visions (the original remake developer) into Blizzard, dedicating them to Blizzard projects, created a significant hurdle.

Hawk revealed that plans to tackle 3+4 were in place until the release of 1+2, but Vicarious Visions' absorption forced Activision to seek alternative developers. He stated that Activision solicited proposals from other studios but ultimately wasn't satisfied with the results.

The mystery remains: if a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 remake is indeed in the works (as the rating suggests), who is the developer? The Singaporean rating only lists Activision as both publisher and developer. March 4th appears to be the date when further details will likely be revealed.
