Clash Royale has finally launched the long-awaited Evolution version of its Inferno Dragon. Following nine years without an upgrade, this fiery Legendary card receives a powerful new form. To celebrate, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a creative unveiling.

The Evolution version revolutionizes the Inferno Dragon's battlefield mechanics. Unlike the original that resets damage when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains its increasing power output.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Launches New Season

The fresh season, titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, introduces this Evolutionary upgrade while bringing back the fan-favorite 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb rankings.

Starting from Arena 7, Milestone Events offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and unique Cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 provides a Battle Banner with special frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. The second phase follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled multiple Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering exclusive Battle Banner and Emote rewards.

Special events include:

• Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allowing up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck
• Magical Trio (June 16-23)
• 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
• Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permitting 8 Evolution Cards per deck
