Torerowa, the roguelike multiplayer dungeon crawler, has launched its fourth open beta today. This gives players access to the latest version of the upcoming game, featuring the most substantial updates and additions to date.

Torerowa combines elements of extraction shooter Dark and Darker with classic isometric JRPG gameplay. You'll experience real-time combat against monsters while exploring vast dungeons in search of treasure, all while striving to escape alive with your hard-earned loot.

The new open beta brings several significant enhancements. Players will discover four new item types - Belts, Rings, Amulets, and Charms, with Charms exclusively dropped by monsters and providing unique bonuses. Echo Traits offer more than 150 randomized benefits to customize your equipment, allowing up to five traits per gear piece.

Dungeon exploration has been completely redesigned in Open Beta 4. Maps now begin concealed and must be revealed using Sonar devices found within the dungeons. Each playthrough also features enhanced map randomization, ensuring fresh challenges every time you enter.

The game now allows players to toggle between PvP and PvE modes directly from the menu. Monsters exhibit swarm behavior when grouped together, and newly added traps require careful navigation to avoid the dungeon's dangerous creatures.
