Tower of Fantasy's Starfall Radiance update marks the game's transition to Perfect World Games as its new publisher. The 4.7 version introduces Antoria, a compelling new Simulacrum character, accompanied by an immersive storyline and special events. Antoria leads Tower of Fantasy's narrative as the Second Army Commander of the Norns Federation, spearheading the Reality Reshaping Program to correct temporal distortions. After facing setbacks, her strategic move sends a key figure forward in time, enabling intervention that could reshape Aida's fate.

The update brings Antoria's Volt-Frost weapon Requiem into combat alongside her specialized matrix set. Players can experience her personal story through the Simulacrum Dorm feature, interacting within her private quarters. Starting March 1st, her Divine Slayer outfit will be obtainable, showcasing a dramatic dark aesthetic fitting her mission.

The Golden Scales event kicks off with Joyful Fiesta, offering four themed challenges including multiplayer activities at the Entertainment Centre, Racing Arena, and Joy Square. Participants earn Golden Scale Shards redeemable for premium rewards like the Bouncing Trend outfit, with additional modes arriving later.
