Ultimate Arise Crossover Beginner’s Guide (Beta)

Mar 22,25

Arise Crossover might seem simple at first glance: collect Shadow units, attack defenseless enemies, and power up your team. But even experienced players can get lost navigating progression, leveling, unit selection, and more. This guide is for those feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Each of Arise Crossover's three islands offers recruitable Shadows, including a powerful dungeon Shadow per island. Currently, Soondoo (early game) is the weakest unit, while Mifalcon (late game, Brum Island) is the strongest. However, unit rank is more crucial than type; a Rank A Soondoo outperforms a Rank D Mifalcon. Higher-ranked units have greater level potential: Rank D maxes at level 75, while SS units reach level 200. The ultimate team? Four level 200 Mifalcons (SS rank). Getting there is the adventure!

Dungeon portals appear every 30 minutes, lasting 15 minutes. Even joining a dungeon seconds before closure allows full completion. Portals spawn randomly across islands, with varying difficulty. Begin with a Rank D team in a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island. This provides a solid unit base and a chance at rare (boss) Shadows. Dungeons are the primary source for rare units and common units above Rank C.

Whenever a portal spawns, join! Even if underpowered, wait near the portal; experienced players often help lower-level players complete dungeons. Many solo dungeons readily assist others. Accept this generosity to acquire higher-ranked units. Recruiting Shadows from dungeons is key to progression in Arise Crossover. We progressed to the endgame with help from others, and later returned the favor.

Arise Crossover Weapons

Currently (Beta), player weapons are largely ineffective. While early-game helpful, their impact diminishes. The Iron Kando Blade (currently strongest common weapon) costs 60m for 516.1k damage, insignificant compared to unit damage (200-400 million). Unless you have excess currency, save your resources until future updates.

How to get a mount in Arise Crossover

Wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, claimable by one player per server. A server-wide message announces spawns, but not always captures or disappearances. Mounts spawn in six locations: three main islands, two smaller islands between major islands, and one on the back of a main island. Consult the developer's map for locations.

Each mount is claimable only once. Capture attempts can fail. Flying mounts are rarest (around 10% spawn rate), ground mounts are common, and water mounts are available from the Boat Shop NPC. Mounts aren't essential for progression, but flying mounts greatly aid travel. Keep checking for mount spawn messages and visit all locations for your best chance.

This guide will be updated with future game updates. In the meantime, check out the Arise Crossover codes for some free goodies!
