World of Warcraft's Extended Timewalking Extravaganza: Seven Weeks of Turbulent Timeways!

World of Warcraft's Turbulent Timeways event is back, and this time it's even bigger! Enjoy seven consecutive weeks of Timewalking campaigns, running until February 24th. This extended event offers a wealth of rewards, including new items, a mountain of Timewarped Badges, and a significant experience boost.

This event builds upon the successful five-week Turbulent Timeways event from September 2023. Players will once again have the opportunity to earn the stackable Mastery of Timeways buff, providing a 20% experience bonus after completing four Timewalking dungeons.

But this time, the stakes are higher! Complete the Mastery of Timeways buff in five out of the seven weeks, and you'll unlock the Mastery of the Turbulent Timeways 2 achievement, rewarding you with the coveted Timely Buzzbee mount.

The Timewalking Schedule:

• January 14-20: Warlords of Draenor
• January 21-27: Legion
• January 28-February 3: Classic
• February 4-10: The Burning Crusade
• February 11-17: Wrath of the Lich King
• February 18-24: Cataclysm

More Than Just Timewalking:

Each Timewalking vendor offers permanent additions to their inventory, including Season of Discovery transmogs at the Classic vendor. Additionally, for those who missed out last time, the Sandy Shalewing pet is making a return! And to top it all off, completing the weekly Timewalking dungeon quest will reward players with Heroic gear throughout the duration of the Turbulent Timeways event.

A Busy Start to 2025:

With the recent conclusion of the World of Warcraft 20th-anniversary event (which itself included 11 weeks of Timewalking!), players are in for a non-stop Timewalking marathon spanning a total of 18 weeks!

The Turbulent Timeways event's end date also hints at future World of Warcraft plans. With the final Timewalking campaign ending on February 24th, and considering Blizzard's typical release schedule, the launch of World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, Undermined, is highly anticipated for February 25th. This aligns with a ten-week gap following Patch 11.0.7, and promises a thrilling start to 2025, alongside the continued Plunderstorm event and the upcoming War Within update.
