As you navigate the challenges of Version 2.3, Wuthering Waves is set to roll out its next major update. Version 2.4, titled Lightly We Toss the Crown, arrives on June 12th, bringing a wealth of new content, including an expanded story, new Resonators, a fresh region, and a variety of events and rewards.

The update introduces two new Resonators, Cartethyia and Lupa, featured in their respective convenes, Dance in the Storm’s Wake and Roar of Triumph, alongside new weapons, Defier’s Thorn and Wildfire Mark.

The main storyline advances with Chapter II Acts V and VI, Shadow of Glory and Flames of Heart, delivering new narrative arcs in the new Septimont region. This region introduces exploration events like Septimont Travel Atlas and The Everglorious Summit, along with themed activities such as the photo-hunting Uncovering Past Heroes.

Players can log in to claim 10 free Radiant Tide via the Gifts of Grand Opening event, with additional rewards available through the 7-day login event, Gifts of Applause. Echo enthusiasts will enjoy new additions like Spectro Drake and Lioness of Glory, as well as Phantom Echoes such as Cuddle Wuddle and Fae.

Two new Sonata Effects, Windward Pilgrimage and Flaming Clawprint, enhance Aero and Fusion builds with unique synergies. For those chasing cosmetics, new outfits—Laurel Nymph for Changli and Splashing Summer for Carlotta—are also included.

Combat lovers can test their skills in Tactical Hologram: Kelpie and the new permanent challenge mode, Banners Never Fall, offering intense battles.
