This tier list ranks all available 1.0 Agents, reflecting the current meta as of December 24, 2024. Remember, tier lists are fluid and subject to change with new content releases.

Note: The meta is constantly evolving. While Grace was initially a top performer, the addition of numerous Anomaly units has diminished her relative strength. Miyabi's overwhelming power further underscores the dynamic nature of this tier list.

S-Tier

S-Tier Agents consistently excel in their roles and synergize effectively with others.

• Miyabi: Miyabi's swift Frost attacks and immense damage output make her a top contender. While requiring strategic play, mastering her abilities allows for devastating battlefield dominance.

• Jane Doe: A superior version of Piper, Jane Doe's critical hit potential on Assault Anomalies delivers significantly higher damage. Despite the inherent slower pace of Anomaly units, her offensive power earns her an S-rank alongside Zhu Yuan and Ellen.

• Yanagi: Yanagi specializes in triggering Disorder, activating its effects without needing a Shock application on top of another Anomaly. This makes her an ideal partner for Miyabi.

• Zhu Yuan: An exceptional DPS Agent, Zhu Yuan's rapid Shotshell attacks are highly effective. She pairs well with Stun and Support characters, particularly Qingyi and Nicole in version 1.1.

• Caesar: Caesar redefines the role of Defensive Agent. She provides exceptional protection, powerful buffs, impactful debuffs, and crowd control, solidifying her position as a top Support Agent.

• Qingyi: A versatile Stunner, Qingyi excels in teams with Attack Agents. Her fluid movements and rapid Daze application, coupled with a significant damage multiplier on stunned enemies, surpass Lycaon and Koleda in many scenarios.

• Lighter: A Stun Agent with significant buffs, Lighter synergizes exceptionally well with Fire and Ice characters, placing him high on the tier list due to the strength of these attribute units.

• Lycaon: Lycaon is an Ice Stun unit, relying on charged attacks to apply Ice and Daze. His ability to reduce Ice resistance and boost ally Daze DMG makes him crucial for Ice teams.

• Ellen: An Ice Attack Agent, Ellen's synergy with Lycaon and Soukaku is unmatched. Her damage output, particularly with EX Special Attacks and Ultimates, is amplified by their support.

• Harumasa: A free-to-obtain Electric Attack Agent, Harumasa delivers powerful attacks with the right setup.

• Soukaku: A Support Agent who buffs Ice Anomaly application and provides significant Ice buffs to allies like Ellen and Lycaon.
