Three chicken types now exist: Warm, Cold, and Temperate.

• Warm Chickens: These yellow and orange birds inhabit warmer biomes. Look in Badlands, Bamboo Jungle, Eroded Badlands, Jungle, Savanna, Savanna Plateau, Sparse Jungle, Windswept Savanna, and Wooded Badlands.

• Cold Chickens: Sporting blue feathers, these chickens reside in colder biomes: Old Growth Pine Taiga, Old Growth Spruce Taiga, Snowy Taiga, Taiga, Windswept Forest, Windswept Gravelly Hills, and Windswept Hills.

Breeding Chickens:

To breed specific chicken types, feed seeds to two of the same variant. They'll enter "love mode," and an egg will be produced, hatching a chicken of the same type. For a surprise, feed seeds to two different types; the resulting egg will hatch a random variant.
