In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires assistance in recovering a lost weapons shipment. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Starting the Quest:

Locate Brannof Hall's Dining Room (accessible from Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues before proceeding.

Completing the Quest:

Before starting, remove any Town Guard gear to avoid suspicion. The investigation involves two separate paths:

1. Captain Shirker's Lead:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast area of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat (Town Square). He'll direct you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer, and suggest impersonating "Sam" (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser (Old Street West) and acquire a monobrow (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

2. The Hooked Hand Lead:

Inquire at The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). This will lead you to…

…the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall (past Eel Street Bridge). The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill).

Catch the Flounder, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), and place it inside. Give the fish to the Fishmonger.

Follow the Furtive Stranger (Willhope Crossing to Monab Row). Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove any Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the thief (Level 30) and retrieve the plumbatae.

Return the plumbatae to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
