You can choose to tackle them individually or confront all three together at the Takagi Otsuka Fort in the Harima region. To reach them, travel west from the shrine to Kakogawa Estuary, then northeast to the fort. Engage them in a courtyard near a medium-sized hut, using nearby NPCs to distract them and secure your victory.
