Locating the Tachyon Medal

The Tachyon Medal's acquisition occurs late in the game, just before the final confrontation. Progress through the main storyline until you reach Sanctum, situated in the God Realm, accessible via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, you'll face God's Predator, a formidable boss. This enemy frequently summons allies and employs a devastating "Consume" attack (90% health drain). Prepare Kina for crucial healing and equip Petrification Null gear to mitigate difficulty. Leo's Fire Samidare +2 and Cherryl's high-damage Concentrate/Charge abilities prove invaluable.

After defeating God's Predator, proceed to the Laboratory via the Balcony. Amongst the rubble, locate a chest on your right – it contains the Tachyon Medal.

Utilizing the Tachyon Medal

Activating the Tachyon Medal requires completing two objectives: reaching the Altar in Shangri-La and conquering the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Tri-Stars appear in eight locations; the first two are part of the main story:

1. En New District
2. Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
3. Royal Capital - Main Street
4. Frozen Tundra - Center
5. Hidden Valley – Duet Path
6. Ancient Hill – River
7. Nameless Island – Depths
8. Shangri-La – Fallen City

Defeat these bosses sequentially. Upon their final defeat in Shangri-La, three chests beneath the Altar become accessible; one holds the Holy Belt (All Ailment Null).

Opening all three chests illuminates the door, prompting the Tachyon Medal's use to initiate NG+. Your progress (levels, items, equipment) carries over, although enemies are enhanced. This poses minimal challenge if side quests are completed beforehand. Using the Tachyon Medal awards the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, restarting your quest to save the Human Realm.
