Pokémon Go's Holiday Event Part Two: Double the Fun!

Get ready for even more festive fun in Pokémon Go! Niantic's Holiday Event Part Two runs from December 22nd to 27th, bringing extra bonuses, exciting Pokémon encounters, and challenging tasks.

This second phase offers double XP for catching Pokémon and a 50% XP boost in Raid Battles. Make the most of it! Holiday-themed Dedenne, Wooloo, and Dubwool will make their debut, with a chance to snag a shiny version.

From December 25th to January 5th, Daily Adventure Incense lasts twice as long, increasing your chances of catching Pokémon like Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and more.

Raids will feature a variety of Pokémon: Litwick and Cetoddle in one-star raids, Snorlax and Banette in three-star raids, and Giratina in five-star raids. Mega Raids will include Mega Latios and Abomasnow.

Complete Field Research Tasks for event-themed Pokémon encounters. A paid Timed Research ($5) offers rewards such as a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and more encounters. Collection Challenges focused on catching and raiding will award Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.
