Tomnoki Studio's Sphere Defense is a fresh take on the classic tower defense genre, drawing heavy inspiration from the beloved geoDefense. The developer, a longtime fan of geoDefense, has recreated the simple yet challenging gameplay that defined the original.

The Story: A Fight for Survival

The Earth, or "The Sphere," faces imminent destruction at the hands of alien invaders. Humanity, forced underground, has finally developed the technology to fight back. You lead the counteroffensive, deploying your arsenal to save the planet.

Gameplay: Classic Tower Defense with a Twist

Sphere Defense delivers the core tower defense experience: strategically place units with unique strengths to repel waves of enemies. Successful defenses earn you resources to expand and upgrade your defenses. The difficulty increases the strategic challenge, demanding careful planning and resource management.

Three difficulty levels (easy, normal, and hard), each with 10 stages, provide hours of gameplay. Each stage lasts between 5 and 15 minutes. See it in action:

Diverse Units for Strategic Combat

Sphere Defense features seven distinct unit types, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. These include:

• Attack Units: Standard Attack Turrets (single-target), Area Attack Turrets (area-of-effect), and Piercing Attack Turrets (for long enemy lines).
• Support Units: Cooling Turrets and Incendiary Turrets, enhancing your attack units' effectiveness.
• Support Attack Units: Fixed-Point Attack Units (precise missile strikes) and Linear Attack Units (satellite laser attacks).
